The Problem:
When you experience the break up you lose yourself an anxiety worry self blame unworthiness and the inability to let go and accept that all our experiences in life have a beginning and an end, thinking that you'll never find anyone the same again and that your loss is too great to bear.

First of all, how to relax and find peace with yourself through the breath.

You will learn box breath, alternative nostril breathing, emergency breath, and circle of breath.

You would learn through the breath how to go into deepest state of mind and use powerful affirmations.

You will learn a roadmap to healing with theoretical knowledge, the roadmap of recognising accepting surrendering and letting go, and then we will practice this through the breath to convert it into direct experience.
