Reprograming Mental Patterns
Our power to change mental patterns and habits.
Our mind is like a smartphone, it's a hard disc with some applications installed. The smartphone can only do what the applications installed let it do. If you want your smartphone to do new things, you need to install some new applications, maybe even delete some of the old ones to get some free space so it will work better. We are the same, we act the way we do because of the mental patterns, be and habits that are installed in our minds through parents, family, school, country culture, TV, etc… Most of these we installed unconsciously, and they may be interrupting the ability for us to live a fulfilling life. Maybe our habits bring up the fear of success, fear of loving or being loved, etc….Through deep introspection, positive thinking, and meditation it is possible to integrate new patterns and habits in OurSelves and live a more fulfilling life. In our retreats, this is the objective, to learn how to bring new healthy habits into our lives and become aware of this process.

Consious Breath

The Power of Breath
The power of conscious breathing, often referred to as deep or diaphragmatic breathing, lies in its ability to quickly and effectively calm the mind and body, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. This type of breathing involves taking slow, deep breaths, expanding the diaphragm and filling the lungs with air.
Conscious breathing activates the body's relaxation response, which helps lower heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol levels—the stress hormone. It also stimulates the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in the parasympathetic nervous system, responsible for rest and digestion. This can lead to a feeling of calmness and relaxation.
Regular practice of conscious breathing can have long-lasting benefits, including improved mental clarity, increased energy levels, and enhanced emotional resilience. It can also help manage anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Additionally, conscious breathing techniques are often used in mindfulness and meditation practices to deepen awareness and presence.
Overall, the power of conscious breathing lies in its simplicity and accessibility, making it a valuable tool for managing stress and improving overall health and well-being
Yoga Postures
The Power of strength and Flexibility
The power of yoga lies in its ability to simultaneously cultivate strength and flexibility, both physically and mentally. Through a combination of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), yoga helps to build strength in the muscles, improve flexibility in the joints, and enhance overall physical endurance.
Strength in yoga is not just about the ability to lift heavy weights but also about developing a deep awareness of the body and its capabilities. Many yoga poses require engaging multiple muscle groups simultaneously, which helps to build functional strength that applies to everyday movements and activities.
Flexibility, on the other hand, is a key component of yoga that is often emphasized through various stretching poses. Flexibility in the body translates to flexibility in the mind, allowing individuals to adapt more easily to change and challenging situations.
Beyond the physical benefits, the practice of yoga also cultivates mental strength and flexibility. The focus on breath awareness and mindfulness helps to build resilience to stress and develop a more positive outlook on life. Overall, the power of strength and flexibility in yoga lies in its ability to transform not just the body but also the mind, leading to a more balanced and harmonious way of living.

The 3 Energies

Three Energies that Are Always Present
In yoga, the three gunas are like the ingredients that make up everything in the world, including us.
-
Sattva is like the good stuff that makes you feel clear, peaceful, and happy. It's when you're in harmony with yourself and the world around you.
-
Rajas is like the energy that drives you. It's what makes you active, passionate, and sometimes a bit restless. It's good for getting things done but too much can make you feel stressed.
-
Tamas is like the heavy stuff that makes you feel dull, lazy, or stuck. It's when you're not very motivated and everything seems a bit foggy.
We all have a mix of these gunas, but the goal is to balance them so we can feel clear, energetic, and peaceful.
Feeling Peaceful
Peace Has no Price
In the realm of healing, peace is often considered priceless. It's a state of being that transcends material value, offering profound solace and restoration. When one finds peace within themselves, it can be a catalyst for healing on multiple levels—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Peace calms the mind, reducing stress and anxiety, which are often underlying factors in many health issues. It allows the body to relax, promoting natural healing processes. Emotionally, peace brings a sense of contentment and acceptance, easing the burdens of past traumas or future worries. Spiritually, peace connects us to something greater, fostering a sense of purpose and belonging. While the journey to peace may require effort and guidance, its benefits are immeasurable, offering a path to profound healing and well-being.

Healing the Past

Healing the Past
Conscious healing of the past involves actively and intentionally addressing past experiences, traumas, or emotions that continue to affect your present life. It's about bringing awareness to these past events and their impact on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the present moment. This process can be helped by conscious breath, yoga, meditation, relaxation, journaling, and self-reflection to explore and understand the root causes of past pain or trauma. By consciously acknowledging and processing these experiences, you can begin to release their hold on you and cultivate a sense of healing and peace within yourself. This process can be challenging but can lead to profound personal growth, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of wholeness.
Relaxation and Meditation
Relaxation & Meditation
Relaxation and meditation are powerful tools for cultivating positive thinking and releasing tension in the nervous system. When we practice relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or visualization, we signal to our bodies that it's safe to let go of stress and tension. This can help calm the mind, reduce anxiety, and promote a more positive outlook on life.
Meditation, on the other hand, trains the mind to focus and become more aware of the present moment. By regularly practicing meditation, we can learn to observe our thoughts without judgment and cultivate a more positive and compassionate attitude toward ourselves and others.
Both relaxation and meditation have been shown to have a positive impact on the nervous system, helping to reduce the production of stress hormones like cortisol and promote the release of endorphins, which are natural mood lifters. This can result in a greater sense of relaxation, well-being, and overall mental health.

Abundance & Manifestation

Abundance & Manifestation
Practicing abundance involves acknowledging and appreciating the abundance already present in our lives. The practice of breathing, posture meditation, and relaxation can improve our health. By focusing on these positive aspects, we can shift our mindset from one of lack to one of abundance, which can have a profound impact on our overall well-being.
By envisioning ourselves as healthy, vibrant, and whole, we can begin to manifest these qualities in our physical reality. This process involves aligning our thoughts, beliefs, and actions with our desired health outcomes, which can help us overcome obstacles and challenges on the path to healing.
Overall, the concept of abundance and manifestation in healing and health emphasizes the importance of cultivating a positive mindset and using the power of intention to create a life of health, vitality, and well-being.

1.Proper Exercise
The Yoga exercises (Asanas) have extensive benefits. They loosen the muscles, ligaments and facias, they move all the joints giving a sensation of mobility and lightness, they give deep massages in the internal organs, helping for a better blood irrigation, they act upon the nervous system and balance both hemisphere of the brain, with out a doubt its an excessive system that helps maintain and gain health and energy in the body and mind.

2. Proper Breathing
Most of us don’t breath properly, and this causes half of our problems. Learning to use the diaphragmatic muscle helps to inhale more litres of oxygen in each breath. This oxygen ends up in our cells where we produce the ATP inside the Mitocondria, this is where the energy for the body is produced. When we breath properly we gain more energy, this helps to stabilise the emotions giving us mental clarity, this is where we can see our mental programs and start changing them consciously. These millinery Yoga practices that have been brought to us with the Pranayama technics (breathing technics) over ride the Autonomic Nervous System and recharge the body and mind with more vital energy. We will learn these technics and we will feel the effects of this practice.

4.Proper Diet
Food is our medicine and our poison. Eating healthy food and in the right quantity is a powerful way of keeping the body healthy and free of sickness. Fasting for 12-16h a day (always consult your doctor before fasting) has many benefits. Food affect directly body and mind. If we want to increase our vital energy we should try to be conscious of what we eat. You are what you eat!

3.Proper Relaxation
In an overstimulated society where being stressed is nearly normal and it's treated with pills, the word Relax is related to watching T.V. or spending some time in front of a screen. But to practice deep conscious relaxation through autosuggestion is healing and therapeutic. The nervous system calms letting go of all accumulated tensions, and you can go into a deep blissful state, like resetting a computer, it leaves the whole system deeply relaxed. It's important to relax every day and it can be done in a few minutes. Savasana is a technic know by Yoguis and one of the most important practices. It is said that the spiritual world lies underneath the layer of deep relaxation.

5.Positive Thinking& Meditation
Through meditation and repetition of a phrase word or mantra we can reprogram our mind and eliminate mind patterns that no longer serve us. Positive thinking maybe the most powerful factor for having a healthy and balanced life. When all negativity leaves our mind we can access unlimited possibilities. Our mind is like a huge cargo ship in the ocean, it carries 1000’s of tons of inercia, if you stop the motors the ship will still take some time to stop. The same, our mind is a powerful instrument and it takes time to stop the inercia of our old mind patterns. We have to start consciously changing old habits into new positive ones to be able to access a more positive life.
