It means that instead of pointing my attention to my outward world (my possessions, what I do, what I want) I now point my attention (my energy) to my inward world (awareness to what I feel, awareness to what I think)

Proper Excersice
The Yoga exercises (Asanas) have extensive benefits. They loosen the muscles, ligaments, and facias, they move all the joints giving a sensation of mobility and lightness, they give deep massages in the internal organs, helping for a better blood irrigation, they act upon the nervous system and balance both hemisphere of the brain, with out a doubt its an excessive system that helps maintain and gain health and energy in the body and mind.

Proper Breathing
Most of us don’t breath properly, and this causes half of our problems. Learning to use the diaphragmatic muscle helps to inhale more litres of oxygen in each breath. This oxygen ends up in our cells where we produce the ATP inside the Mitocondria, this is where the energy for the body is produced. When we breath properly we gain more energy, this helps to stabilise the emotions giving us mental clarity, this is where we can see our mental programs and start changing them consciously. These millinery Yoga practices that have been brought to us through the Pranayama technics (breathing technics) over ride the Autonomic Nervous System and recharge the body and mind with more vital energy. We will learn these technics and we will feel the effects of this practice.

Proper Relaxation
In an overstimulated society where being stressed is nearly normal and it's treated with pills, the word Relax is related to watching T.V. or spending some time in front of a screen. But to practice deep conscious relaxation through autosuggestion is healing and therapeutic. The nervous system calms down letting go of all accumulated tensions, and you can go into a deep blissful state, like resetting a computer, it leaves the whole system deeply relaxed. It's important to relax every day and it can be done in a few minutes. Savasana is a technic known by Yoguis and one of the most important practices.

Proper Diet
Food is our medicine and our poison. Eating healthy food in the right quantity is a powerful way of keeping the body healthy and free of sickness. Fasting for 12-16 hrs a day (always consult your doctor before fasting) has many benefits. Food affects directly to body and mind. If we want to increase our vital energy we should try to be conscious of what we eat. You are what you eat!

Positive Thinking & Meditation
Through meditation and repetition of a phrase word or mantra we can reprogram our mind and eliminate mind patterns that no longer serve us. Positive thinking maybe the most powerful factor for having a healthy and balanced life. When all negativity leaves our mind we can access unlimited possibilities. Our mind is like a huge cargo ship in the ocean, it carries 1000’s of tons of inercia, if you stop the motors the ship will still take some time to stop. The same, our mind is a powerful instrument and it takes time to stop the inercia of our old mind patterns. We have to start consciously changing old habits into new positive ones to be able to access a more positive life.

Recognition
Use the awareness and the energy that the 5 points of radiant health provides to truthfully see and look inwards at what it is that blocks me from Being my Fullest Potential. Is it a conflict or a past hurt, is it stress or an expectation that never arrives, is it anger I'm not able to realise. It could be something subtle that I'm not aware of. Maybe I have some kind of addiction to food, or anything else that I use every time I become uncomfortable or I loose my patience? The 5 points of Radiant Health are the catalyst that help Recognise what it is not that is not flowing in my life. I truthfully make an effort to Recognise this. This practice can only work through true sincerity to oneself. Admitting to myself there is something that is blocking me to my peace is to Recognise. I recognise my situation and/or my feelings. You know when you are in your fulestl potential when you are in profound peace with your self and others.

Acceptance
I accept my situation/feelings at this present moment. I don't try to change or judge them as good or bad.Acknowledging and coming to terms with the reality of the situation or feelings that are in the present moment does not mean giving up or resigning yourself to the situation, but rather recognising that it might beyond your control at this present moment. To stop mentally fighting against what is now and accept is a very big step that not many are able to take. It is truly a step of faithfulness and bravery, a step into the unknown!

Surrender
I choose to stop resistance against a situation and the feelings I am experiencing at this moment. I accept that this moment is a part of my journey, and resisting it only causes further turmoil. Instead, I surrender to what the situation/feelings are in the present with an open heart and mind. What I resist persists, to what I surrender becomes part of me! When I surrender, what might have felt blocked, or stiff, or something my mind is continually ruminating on, or an internal conflict im not able to let go of, now becomes potential energy that was being wasted in an erroneous direction. Surrender is one of the most beautiful actions we can do, it is pure love for oneself!

Release
Finally after going through the first 3 points of Inner Alchemy, recognition, acceptance and surrender, we are finally ready to release what we no longer need to carry. I am now free of all the past unfulfilled expectations and desires of how I thought a situation or a past event should have been. This release takes me to a deep state of peace with myself. From this state of deep peace with myself, I am open to my Pure Potential of Being! This is a state beyond any words, a very personal experience.
