What is included in the Yoga Retreat:
-Hotel Room in the Gran Hotel Benahavis SPA, for more info on the Hotel please visit: https:// www.granhotelbenahavis.com/en/
-Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with drinks included. The food will be Vegan to help with the detox and we have a yummy menu.
-2 meditations per day -2 yoga lessons per day
-2 Talks a day on various subjects about nutrition, mind reprogramming and meditation, anatomy, how to practice yoga safely, how to use powerful mantras and positive affirmations
-We will also have different musicians offering a sound bath, a ceremonial singing circle and a Yoga Kirtan
-Walks in nature
-Access to talking with the Yoga teachers on any particular issues.
-We have Yoga Mats and Meditation cushions, although we always advise to bring your own in you have them. But they are available at our retreat.
What is NOT allowed in the Yoga Retreat
--For the effects of Yoga to take place and start a transformation with in, we must refrain from our old habits.
-During the retreat it is not allowed to drink Alcohol, take drugs or smoke.
-If you are not able to refrain from this please do not come in respect for the other participants.
-We highly recommend to have a clean diet at least one week before attending, and hopefully all the time!:)
IMPORTANT
If you have health Issues please let us know and ask you Doctor if you are able to participate in the retreat. It is your responsibility to know your limitations. Always inform us of any particular pain or injuries so we are aware of your particular situation. When practicing yoga, the objective is to feel better. Yoga is not a competition on who can do better in the Yoga posses. Yoga is about your own connection with YourSelf.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
-By registering to participate in this retreat, you
agree to the refund and cancellation policy.
-If you cancel the retreat at least 44-30 days
prior to the start of the retreat you receive 100%
CREDIT of the deposit you paid towards the
cost of another retreat within 12 months or any
payment made can be transferred to another
person.
-If you cancel the retreat 29-20 days prior to the
start of the retreat you receive 50% CREDIT of
the deposit you paid towards the cost of
another retreat within 12 months or any
payment made can be transferred to another
person.
-If you cancel the retreat 19 days or less prior to the start of the retreat no refunds or credits, but
any payment made can be transferred to
another person for the retreat you booked.
-Please note that there will be no refunds or
discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight
cancellations, travel delays or illness or any
other possible incidences. If you have to cancel
your retreat for any reason, cancellation policy
below will apply, with no exceptions.
-We wish we could compensate you for
unforeseen circumstances (injury, family
emergency, etc), but we already have cost
everything, etc. There is some flexibility in the
cancelation policy stated bellow. It is very
recommendable to buy travel insurance for any
unseen circumstances.
